Shanghai Timber Trade Association (STTA)

Established in April 2003, the Shanghai Timber Trade Association is a cross-departmental non-profit industrial civil society group, which is voluntarily established by enterprises and organizations in Shanghai (China) and surrounding areas relevant to timber distribution and processing. It has established a special committee for rosewood, special committee for multi-ply solid wood flooring, special committee for stairs, special committee for coniferous timber, marketing committee, special committee for broadleaved timber, special committee for wooden doors, branch for decorative materials, engineered wood branch, veneer branch, household materials branch. The association currently has nearly 1,000 members and 11 branches.

The mission of the Association is to abide by the national constitution, laws and regulations; implement national policies and policies; serve the industry and members; promote technological improvement; promote industry development; protect the legitimate rights and interests of members; effectively strengthen industry management; regulate the timber market, and promote green development and environmental protection.
